The following Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed by customers on www.interstellaria.art. By accessing and placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. It is essential to read and understand the terms before proceeding with your order.

This website is owned and operated by Interstellaria Records - N. Atiqah, Warszawa 02-032, Poland.

We may amend these terms from time to time, but any changes to these terms will not affect any order already made by you. Each time you wish to use our website, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our goods and artwork are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the goods is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any colour variation caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Placing an order on our website

To place an order, you will need to provide us with your name, email address, shipping address and mobile number. You will not be required to register any user account with us.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We do not use your given data for any other purposes other than to ship out your orders.

You may place an order for any goods available on the website by following the various prompts on the screen to add them to your cart. When you have placed all the goods you wish to purchase into your cart, you may proceed to the check-out area of the website and submit your order to us by clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button.

After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

We require full payment to be received on our end before your order can be accepted. Once the payment has been received by us and the availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

As Interstellaria is an informal art group consisting of independent creators, the project currently cannot support order cancellations, returns or refunds unless the order is delivered damaged or faulty.

Please be sure of all the details and your final decision before placing an order with us.

In the event that an order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with the necessary details so that we can arrange for an immediate return and refund via the delivery service’s insurance policy.

All items are available in stock unless otherwise stated. If the goods you ordered have become unavailable, we will inform you before accepting your order,

Prices, Payment & Delivery.

All prices on our website are given in Euros (€) and are exclusive of shipping costs.

The order will be delivered to the address specified by you on the order form. You must therefore ensure its accuracy, we cannot reroute or edit delivery addresses once the order has been made.

Please ensure the address you provide is one where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

We are currently only shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.

We will make every effort to prioritize your order for swift delivery.

If you’d like to ship an order outside of our current desitnations, please contact us via the contact form to see if it’s possible. We will try our best to accommodate it on a per-request basis.

Please note that Interstellaria has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

We can only accept payment by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and American Express) via our payment processor, PayPal, at the time of the order.

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. Please note, that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee - we are not responsible for this.

Availability and security

Our website is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our website for operational reasons.

We use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your information against any leakage or misuse.

We do not guarantee that our website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our website. You should use your virus protection software.
